So I only got to watch half of the Nameless Liberty DVD, and I won't be able to watch the rest for a long time.... D; My dad said that you can only change the region you can watch on the computer five times, and after that you're stuck with it. And since he wants to be able to watch Region 1 things, I can't watch my DVD anymore. D: Buuut my brother's best friend said that there's a program that you can use that will rip the CD and then burn it, and it'll change the region. x3 I don't know how soon I'll be able to do that, though. All I can say is, it's a good DVD so far. xD
So I decided that last week, instead of spending all my money on CDs like I've been doing lately, I'd go to Borders and buy some manga cause I haven't bought any for a while. I wanted to buy Godchild 2, but they didn't have it. BUT I did see something so much better!! I died of excitement, seriously. The first issue of the English Gothic and Lolita Bible!!! I bought it, of course. xDD It's amazing. It's so good. I want to buy all the issues after it. I'm so happy cause I've bought a Japanese issue of the G+L Bible and I'm just like... I feel like finding someone who knows Japanese and paying them $40 to translate the magazine. But having an English version is just so awesome. heart I liked how they translated things from previous Japanese G+L Bibles... though it is kind of weird how they translated things all the way back from 2004. sweatdrop It was nice reading all of it, though.
I bought Loveless 7, also. ^^ Loveless is my favorite manga. Now I have to wait for number 8 to come out... at the back of number 7, it just said number 8 will come out "sometime in 2008". >< I hope we don't have to wait too long.
-spoiler for Loveless 7- =o Wow. Seimei is evil. xD Though he does love Ritsuka, even though he's evil to him sometimes.... but... I'm so tired and sick right now, I can't think. >< Okay, organizing my thoughts... xD Ah. Umm.... but yeah, it's like the opposite of what it seemed in the first book! Septimal Moon really isn't bad... though I'm not so sure about Ritsu-sensei. Also, Nisei is cool. xDD I want to see what's wrong with Ritsuka's mom.... but I guess we will in later volumes. It's just, we didn't see Ritsuka's mom or Yuiko at all in volume 7. Except for the extra Rock Paper Scissors Train chapter. That was a really cool extra chapter. I never thought of Rock Paper Scissors like that before... xD Hopefully from now on I'll win. It really is a psychological game, though... people pick what flashes into their minds.
I also bought Petshop of Horrors 4. I've already read all the Petshop of Horrors... xD I just don't own that many volumes of it. I own 1, 4, 5, and 10. xD When I got number 4 though, I saw that there is now a sequel to Petshop of Horrors! I wanted to get it, but I wanted to get #4 more... which is kind of stupid, since I've already read it xD;
And the last thing I got on my trip to Borders was After School Nightmare 6. <33 I'm so happy that a new one is out. -spoilers- Kureha can be such a b***h. D: I mean, I understand what her problem with Mashiro was, and he WAS kind of using her. But he helped her through her intense fear of men, and she cheated on him? She could have waited to flirt with that third year until AFTER they broke up. It was really creepy in the dream, where Mashiro says he loves her more than anything, and his hands falls off and Kureha falls off the cliff. o__o I think that Mashiro is really a boy, not a girl. xD Because in the first book, you can see that he was a boy all his life until one day he SUDDENLY became half girl. It is interesting though how the manga is yaoi and yuri at the same time, with the same person. xD And incest too, with Sou and his sister... I wonder what his sister's backstory is? That girl (sorry, I forgot her name and I don't want to run upstairs to get the book >< ) at the end, who lets herself fade away from not going to the class... I can't believe she was the creepy arm thing! It's really sad what happened to hear... and the bell is bonging in the distance. D: And she just fades away... and Mashiro forgets her and is just holding her uniform... it's smart that she gave him her uniform. Even if no one will remember her, at least something of hers will live on. The series raises a lot of really psychological questions. Like if you die and no one remembers you and none of your possessions stay behind, did you really even exist at all?
