Rain
I stood alone in the rain
As raindrops hit the ground
I can feel all my pain
Now it has been found
I could here the whispers
Through the cold dark rain
As my crys grow crisper
The crys are not contained
I thought about the day I had,
When I walked so still
Everything seemed so sad
It gave me a breathtaking chill
I wanted to run away
Past the stars and the sky
As you hear me pray
And you hear my crys
I just needed a friend
To help end this despair
To help defend
And to help repair
