Okay, yesterday in my Literature class, we somehow got on the topic of morality interfering with nateral inclinations. My teacher posed the question, and followed by playing the Devils advocate. He insisted that in nature we would not be subject to only one mate, or be bound by a specific moral code, etc.
It wasn't until later that I thought of the animals that stick to their one mate for the entirety of their life. They do not live by a moral code, rather it is natural for them to live this way. We as humans may have given ourselves a moral code, but that does not make it nessecarilly unnatural.
