bio (RD) and appearance: Valara is a test subject (also named PF 30-124 ) from a town that is now in ruins after she had run away and still hides from people wanting to use her, she is constantly wearing a mask on and has a green dress along with a black dress that she always has on, with the green dress she wears a butterfly mask, and with the black dress, it is a cat it's top grin and fangs right above her own lips, almost in a "Cheshire cat" smile. Under her mask, she has scars on her eyes that fan out starting from the middle of her eyelid out to the brow at the brow it's a quarter inch apart from each cut, and above that, it fans out more for another half an inch, the exact same cuts on her other eye as well. She always carries a fan with her or an umbrella which are modified for her own uses. Her hands are almost always gloved with a seal burned on the palm of it as she takes it off, her nails become weapon-like claws that are harder than diamond rock therefore almost cannot break but for the chance that they do break, they regrow in a matter of seconds.
