well what kan i say
my friends from work study who i thought were my friends ditched me today
one said that she was going to class and that she'll be there later
which in fact she did her contract already
then the 2nd one didn't do her's yet and emailed me saying that she was going to come at 2pm today i thought to be when then she said no that she meant tomorrow at 2pm and that just screwed everything over
especially when both told me at different times that i should look out for myself and i just couldn't understand that consept that they live by
that is not going to take them very far
they are going to die very soon if they keep living that way
not helping anyone to be thinking that way
only looking out for their own skin
i mean how would that make you feel if you had a family that told you that you were supposed to look out for only yourself and nothing nor noone else
what then if they were to be in bed and there was a fire in the house
they all die and that fire fighters would ask why didn't you warn the others
well you would say that you were only doing what your parents told you to or what your friends advised you to or what your counselor or any other athority figure told you to do
and they'd ask you well what did they tell you to do
you'd say they told me to look out only for my own well being
if we all thought that way then we'd all be dead by now wouldn't we
that isn't the way to live and i know that i might sound sarcastic or whatever but whichever way you look at it it's just wrong
