Still Moist Tears
By Rachael Hokenson
I stand here waiting for you
Like I have for four months now
It’s the longest I’ve been deprived of you
Since I first met you
The wind blows smoothly
Then violently
New seasons roll by: colder, warmer
But it does not affect me
Much too depressed I am
Waiting forever for you
Hope ever growing
Love ever growing
But still no you
I can still progress in life
I can still do my best in school
I get my work done
It’s just my happiness
Ever fading
I’m gleeful at times
But then it departs
My life is covered by a fog of despair
It shan’t depart unless you return
How I long for that day to arrive!
The day I shall see your face
The day my smile returns
The day we shall be one
If ever that day shall exist
Aw, so sad. Boo hoo! Poetry, at a sad state. So sad.

In here will be some poems (some written a while back). I just want to post them to see what others think about them. Okay, there's other random crap as well.
