"The Dream"

As I dove deeper into the sea, time froze and everything around me held still in perfect places. This is right and everything is balanced. I didn’t know how long I was under the water, it must have been forever, with another flick of my tail I went deeper under the surface. I smiled and breathed in the salt water, as I exhaled bubbles came from my mouth like dancing jellyfish. I looked up at the surface and realized it was time for the sun to dive into the horizon. I leaped out of the water and jumped into the sky.
The sun was already ascending into the horizon, colors exploded everywhere. My tail sparkled like diamonds with every color you could imagine. At last the sun disappeared under the horizon. Suddenly a brighter light appeared before me, I covered my eyes, it didn’t help. In the distance I heard a woman’s voice calling my name, it became louder, and louder, and louder until I couldn’t hear myself think.
Then all the surroundings around me became a black nothingness, but the light was still showing. I felt someone shaking my shoulders harshly, then the voice became clearer it said, ”Wake up Savannah.”
