I'm so sorry I (again) haven't been updating my journal! Well then, here's a quick update till now:

I have been experimenting with food again. I tried making "daon thaat", a chinese egg tart thingy.

The first time I made them, the crust remaind flat, though it should be like very layered
The second time the crust was much better, but somehow the crust sticked into the cup and wouldn't come out! So when I tried to scoop them out, they looked very ugly
So in the end, I haven't been very succesfull with them yet, but I'll try again later till I get it right 3nodding
The creamcheese cakes are still very flat, it's such a shame! Eachtime I put the cake in the oven, it rises very much, like triple it's original height, bet eachtime I pull it out the oven, it collapses sad Next time I try to make it again, I'll try to set the heat of the oven a bit lower, maybe that'll work.
Remember I was looking for a job? Well, I got one now! biggrin I'm starting tomorrow at the company I had my traineeship 2 years ago! I'm so excited! The company is 30 min traveling from my home, which means 15 min by train and 15 min walking from the station to the company. And since I have to start working 8.00 AM in the morning, I have to take the train 7.15 AM and wake up at 6.15 AM eek I'll have to get used to that from now on sweatdrop Though I'm still very glad I finally found a job. 3nodding

hope you won't wake up anyone else in the house when you get up soo early, which seems like a great risk to me. sweatdrop
