Dear Journal,
Today was the first day I roamed through the Gaia community. First thing first I noticed a boot on the ground. It looked lonely on the ground so I picked it up. It turns out is was enchanted with the demonic spirit of a pirate. But, alas, I had to give it to that trash can robot by the fountain. After I picked up a bunch of trash I got bored. So I headed on over to the store with the old guy who has a beard. I call him Henry.
I asked Henry if I could have a net so I could catch bugs. He told me that I needed to give him 100 gold. I was saving up to buy a shirt, but I figured I could catch bugs and use them as a shirt if I needed to. So I gave him 100 gold, but then I decided that if one net can catch bugs, two nets could catch more bugs! So I bought another. Henry just laughed at me and mumbled something about being a "fool." So then I headed back to the country side.
Those poor people living there. There are bugs all over the place, even in the middle of winter. They must have a helluva time keeping the bugs out of their houses. The good news is that I caught like twenty bugs. The bad news is that I'm pretty sure that bug robot kills them. Kinda sad really. Okay, I think I'm gonna go catch more. I hope that I can afford a shirt soon, it is very cold outside.
