Usually conventions are really fun with only a few minor "What the hell am I gonna do now moments" But I was just talking to my friend today and we remembered the worst con we ever went to.
Its not like there was no one there, the building was practically bursting with people! It's just that, for my birthday I took all my friends to a convention, it was mostly everyones first time and I was like 13 and I had already been to like 5-7 other cons. Once we got inside, everyone seperated, and not like "Okay I'm going over there, see you in a half an hour by the elevators!" NO! it was more like letting go of a 5 year olds hand in disney. Exept the walls were very compact... I dont know what happened with everyone else but I went looking for everyone...Never. Saw. Any of them!!! After like 2 hours of pushing through crowds I finally found them all, they had already been rounded up by my buddy (Fire-cat14) who was still having trouble keeping them all on one bench. To make matters worse, one lost all there money, another lost there cell phone and there brother!!! And they lied about having a ride back home... I planned this 2 months ahead of time because I knew you had to be at least a little organized. Guess that didn't really work out... crying
