Collecting Part 2 (Hoarding)
I am a hoarder (in MMORPGs).
My last post made me think about how I play MMORPGs and collecting things and let me just say that I'm a serious hoarder. xd I never know when I might need the items that I find for a quest or something so I hold on to them for 50 levels or so before selling them to an npc and then regretting it by my 51st level because I need the exact item that I just sold for a quest (and it was a rare drop!). Because of that type of situation happening to me all the time I never get rid of anything that I find unless I absolutely have to (because my inventory is full), but even then I can be sitting there staring at my inventory for 5 minutes thinking "Now what can I get rid of that's not hard to come by, inexpensive, and that I don't need now...." That last part usually gets me because of my whole "I might need it later" train of thought...
The good thing is if you're my friend in any MMORPG that I play, the chances of me having whatever you need for a quest is very high and I'm not very greedy. Just ask nicely and I'll give you what you need. I'm more than happy to give away my items to make room for more items in my inventory. blaugh
