The Orange Islands or the Orange Archipelago is a chain of tropical islands south of the Kanto Region. People from all over the world travel to these islands to enjoy the exotic climate and indigenous Pokemon on each island. Pokemon trainers journey through the islands catching Pokemon and battling trainers in order to participate in the Orange League, but to do so requires traveling through out the islands and collecting four badges by beating the Orange Crew. There are only four gym leaders in the Orange Crew, but they are much tougher then Indigo gym leaders, and are not regulated by the Indigo League. This means getting a badge does not always require battling, but likely involving the trainers interacting with their trainers in different circumstances.
