Personality: Casper is rude, rash, and arrogant. He has no filter in what he says. He makes enemies faster than he does friends. The first to throw down and the last to go down. Casper has always been athletic, full of energy and full of booze. As strong as his body or booze might be, his being head strong is a league of its own. He overcomes any obstacle in his way. When he isn't getting into fights - with trainers in the streets or in the wild or strangers at the bar or anywhere he might be, he can be seen lying in the grass, squatting against a wall; either passed out or smoking a cig, or wherever he is at the time. To him anywhere is home and anything is his bed, chair, and sometimes his toilet. He is a care free spirit. Bounded by no responsibility, and never worries about himself or others.

Extra information: Casper trained as a youth under psychic trainers at the Saffron gym, but gave up his studies after being defeated by Sabrina for the title of Gym leader. He traveled to Lavendar town and experienced first hand the power of ghost pokemon and realized their strength over psychic pokemon. Casper returned to Saffron and challenged Sabrina with his newly obtained Haunter and Gastly. The battle was close but Sabrina's Kadabra proved that type advantage wasn't all it would take to defeat the awesome psychic power of Sabrina's pokemon. Now defeated once again Casper became a ghost of who he once was and was now down a path of self destruction. Abusing substances like tobacco and alcohol. He lived his life aimlessly for many years until one day where he had a near death experience which caused an out of body experience. He was drinking at the bar. Trying to repress his self resentment and self pity. He ended up getting into a bar fight as usual but this time his enemy had friends - lots of them. He was pummeled to near death by the gang of enemies. Unconscious, Casper awoke to a sudden bright light and saw his ghost pokemon - Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, and Misdreavus. He looked at his surroundings and noticed he was floating above his body at the bar. His Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar were laughing but Misdreavus was crying. Casper thought he was dead until Gengar shook his head no telling him that it wasn't his time, and pushed him back into his body waking Casper into consciousness. Casper later came to realize this was a phenomenon known as astral projection and after figuring this out was able to master astral projection. This was just the first of the many abilities Casper was able to master through the power of his ghost pokemon and his previous psychic training giving him a power of both Psychic and Ghost techniques.
