Super awesome update of OMGWTFBQQ
Its been a few years ladies and gents. I'm older, wiser, and pretty much just as rowdy. Where to begin... Well, I'm 27 now. Old man, I know. But I make this look good. cool
I work a lot. Currently on the night shift, so I can spend my mornings jamming out to music and doing random stuff. Figure I'll do some writing, keep this journal up to date with odd things here and there, and mess with these retarded pixels. Gives me something to do.
As for me, I've changed a good bit. Enjoying my job for the most part, working long hours, and saving cash when I can. It's been rough family wise. Father had cancer recently, and my mother got married (Found out the day after on facebook. lolwat?). My contact info is more or less the same. 1-315-651-8165 is my cell. Call or text any time. Jodo@TerminusEst.Org is my e-mail. I'm always around if people want to chat, or listen to me act goofy as balls.
I quit drinking so much. Yay! I'm still a regular at the bar on the weekend. But I limit myself to 3 or 4 beers over several hours. I'm a dancing fool, which the girls I hang out with love. Likely because I'm so terrible at it and just don't care what other people think. You haven't lived until you've seen a grown man air hump his way down a bar. I am also damn good at darts.
Still playing video games, though mostly competitively now. Not for cash or anything, but to prove I'm still the best at what I do. I haven't written much in a long time. To be honest, I was pretty bad at it. Unless you count some of my long winded RP's back in the day. Especially nationstates. I'm considered somewhat of a legend there. Guess they were impressed with how I rolled. rolleyes
I see that a lot of people I used to talk to and hang out with on here are gone now. Dark is gone. Carrots too. Hyn, Cherry, CyKa, and many others. I wont lie, I feel awful that I lost touch with so many people. A few I've sent messages to whom appear to have been on here within the last few months. Hoshi responded pretty quick, which was a pleasant surprise. Surprised she remembered me. Found a message from Tsu with a phone number. Sent her a message that way just before she headed off to bed. Haven't heard back from her yet, but hey. She remembered me. Which is pretty awesome.
Read back through some old guilds and threads. Found avi art, comics that Carrots drew, memorable quotes... some of it really tugged at the old heart strings you know?
Guess it goes to show that no matter how long I may have stayed away, this place, and more importantly the friends I made have all shaped and impacted my life in some form or another. So for those whom read this at any point in time, I owe you. I love you. I miss you.
