We ran up the steps as quickly as possible, and then traversed the corridors of the palace, being attacked by not just polterguists anymore but also undead amazonians which only fueled our anger more. Finally, we arrived at the throne room of the palace. Neko prepared to push open the heavy doors before a large amount of Polterguists suddenly flew into the doors themselves, possessing the doors and causing the large designs of famous Amazonian heros to come to life, attacking us. Hikaru started firing off fire spell after fire spell as Kira and Corona attacked head on. Neko stood off to the side with me, her powering up a defence lowering attack and myself healing. Hikaru and I then met eye contact as Neko jumped at the possessed doors. I flew over to her quickly as she chanted the same spell to use her fire technique. Right as I got in front of her, she stabbed her knife into my aura, yelling "Elemental Spirit of Fire!" We had only done this once before while training with the element of Air and let me tell you something-- Being transformed into the embodied spirit of an element is a rush. When I became air, I felt faster and more powerful, like I could cause damage to an opponent just by flying around it. Now that I was fire itself, I felt like I could will something to combust just by looking at it. Running up to the doors, I let loose with a combo, causing what appeared to be massive damage to the doors. As I felt the spirit of fire leaving me, I let loose a large ball of fire energy and retreated back far enough where the most powerful attacks from the posessed doors couldn't reach me. A few moments later, after I had healed a very badly injured Corona, the others suddenly ran away from the doors. I became confused before I realized that Kira, who was standing next to me, was holding and powering up a fire bomb that she had stolen earlier from an undead Amazonian. With a scream of "Fire in the hole," she let loose the bomb. After the initial explosion, the doors seemed to let out a great sigh as the hundreds of Polterguists left the door, running before we could destroy them. Cracking her knuckles, Neko chuckled, "Well, now that that's over, where was I?" The doors opened easily and we walked into the throne room. As most throne rooms are, it was large and ornate, the floor covered in beautiful hand woven carpets, the windows draped with silk, and the throne large and beautiful. Sitting on the throne was a large, muscular man in a black hooded trenchcoat, his face hidden. Next to him, on the ground with a chain around her neck lay the unconsious queen. "Let her go, you maniac!" Corona yelled, furious. He started running towards the two of them before from the ceiling dropped the same girl from Corona's memories. She was obviously of elven decent and it was even more obvious that she was being posessed by something- most likely another polterguist. He slashed his spear at her which she easily caught with her staff and then pushed him away with her foot. The man on the throne laughed, his voice deep. "Ah. The boy," He said, "The only living survivor next to the queen. Well, unfortunately for you, my master has no need for you. As for the rest of you-" He stopped suddenly, seeming to recognize us though we had never seen him before. "The rest of you," He continued, seeming to make it up as he went along, "Are nothing but meddlers who should die along with him. Sparrow, take care of them." Sparrow, the elven summoner seemed to understand as she started another dance, this one much different than the one from the memory. It seemed as though she was incorperating not just the dance from before, but also two more as well. We readied ourselves, preparing for anything. She then jabbed her staff into the ground twice, apart from each other and then swung her staff through the air, stopping suddenly and pulling back. In one jab came the pentacle from before, though much more detailed with pictures of many different unknown people, demons, and animals on it. In the other jab came another pentacle that had pictured of different people in the many parts. Finally, where she had stopped in mid air came a third circle, this one not a pentagram at all but instead an detailed knot with what appeared to be an unhappy face in the middle of it. Out of one pentagram came the snake-woman from before. The second was suddenly shrouded in shadow that slowly built upward into a humanoid figure that sprouted shadowy limbs. The shadow gained texture to look like a black robe and from the robe came two skeleton hands, one of which held serpent scepter, and a jawless skull head adorned with an Egyptian headress that a pharoh would wear. As for the last summon circle, the face suddenly grimaced and spit out a pink ball of goo that slowly formed into that of an eerie hairless cat that smiled, showing it's large fangs and then sprouted many large tentacle like appendages from it's back. Putting our weapons into battle posture, we lunged foreward to attack the summoned three and the posessed summoner.
