~Cats:
Meowing, crying, stretching out,
That's what cat's are all about!
Purring, playing in the sun,
That's what makes them so much fun!
Running, jumping, catching mice,
That's what makes my cat's so nice!
Hug em, love em, they all just stare,
I love my cat, my cat doesn't care!

~Art:
I'll draw and I'll draw, my wrists feel like jello,
I draw of happiness, joy, and mellow,
I draw to ignore sad things in life,
I draw to get me through trouble and strife.

It's my job as an artist to do just so,
To ignore the sadness and let everyone know,
There's always a happy part, no matter what goes wrong,
An eye in the storm, a bluebird's song,
A silver lining, a ray of hope,
So please just smile! There's no time to mope!

~In the back of the shelf:
If you wanna know what book I have in mind,
Well, I'll never read a popular book,
No, something great's not easy to find,
Sometimes you really have to look!

I'll read books about tales in far away lands,
Faries, creatures, and little cute things,
Of pirates, and demons, of magical sands,
When your with a great book, your heart just sings!

~Harvest Moon:
Working hard, Nice day,
The sun is shining brightly,
WHY IS IT SO HOT?!

~Sleeping Time:
I'll just be lying in my room,
And my mom bursts in storming,
"Bed time young lady! Go to sleep!
For soon it shall be morning!"

But mom can't I stay awake?
I have no urge to sleep!
"Now get yourself into that bed!"
But- "Not another peep!"

So I'll climb in bed, my face upset,
I'm not tired at all!
So I close my eyes and listen,
As the foot steps move down the hall.

As soon as she's gone out of range,
I get out of bed.
I do whatever I want to do,
excitment buzzing in my head!

Eventually, I'll climb in bed,
Snuggle down (it is my rule),
THen a voice screams through my head,
"GET UP! IT'S TIME FOR SCHOOL!!"
