Time to myself
Well now that Lindsey is back to school and my husband is still working evenings i have right at about 2 1/2 hrs to myself everyday. You wouldnt believe how much I have enjoyed this time to myself. I can do whatever I want in that time. I can read, clean house without somebody complaining, I can scrapbook, man It makes me feel good that I have some me time. Right now Im working on a scrapbook for Lindsey to keep, I gathered up pictures of her as a baby and some of me and my husband's school pictures and some pics of her dad and fiance'. I think she is going to really appriciate it when she gets older that I have put this together for her. I also have started a schoolwork scrapbook. Im gonna save some school work that she creates every year. and yes choosing is very hard, I had a box full of stuff just from Kindergarten that I had to go through and still I had like 50 items. but I dont care i love to be able to go back and see how much her writing and her artwork has improved through the years. Very soon im going to be starting a new scrapbook of my own that will have mine and my husbands wedding pics in it and all the pics that i have found, its going to take me a while tho because i came up with 4 shoe boxes full of pics lol but I love doing it so that will be great, and very soon im going to start my husbands b-day/Christmas present. I found at Hobby Lobby they have a scrapbook with the army seal on the front and he has lots of pics of all his friends in the army. Im going to buy that and have a plate engraved with his name and military info and put it on the front and attach his dog tags and put all his pics in it, i think it will be really special to him. He was given a photo album while he was in the army and his has a pic of his MlRS on the front and his military info and his name in gold its really nice, but we have 2 terrier mix twins that likes to tear up stuff when they get mad at us and they got ahold of his military album and shredded it, i saved the pics but the book is destroyed, and yet to this day he has no idea the book is destroyed. I didnt have the heart to tell him.
