I want to take a moment to talk about a friend of mine. Those of you who have been readin my journals for a while will recognize this name.
Jordan.
I know that I have (or had, rather) a habit of poking fun at him in my journals with ridiculously exaggerated tales of how he destroyed cities and ate vietnamese families. Well, now it's time to do something I've been meaning to do for a while.
Apologize.
Jordan is a great guy who, despite all the stress he's been under due to mountains of homework, extremely demanding drumline practices, and work, still manages to drive me either to work or home after school nearly ever day since school started a month ago, in addition to the occasional ride to band practice.
That, and he's letting me get away with dating his sister (which I am eternally grateful for), and hasn't once said a word about it to me.
He knows more about military history than anyone his age, and I enjoy talking with him on these matters. I swear he would make the best history teacher in the world.
I'm really sorry for everything I've said about you in these journals, Jordan.
You rock, man.
