Today is my birthday. stare It's up in my profile, I think, so I didn't tell anyone. To test how observative they are. sweatdrop Yeah, well, in that aspect, you guys suck. Seriously! I mean, I for countless hours have examined every nuance of your journals and profiles, 'til my eyes bled and my mind cried out in anguish. You'd think a little peek at a birthdate and a bit of well-wishing wouldn't kill you. Ha.
But in all honesty, it's been a really great birthday. ((SEE?! I don't need you!)) I received five copies of Rurouni Kenshin heart heart from my manga illiterate sister, no less. Unfortunately, she got me vol. 23-27. sweatdrop I wasn't sure whether or not to read them, but my soul screamed at me to Do it!!!, so I did. Heh. I nearly/did cry at several points, but in case you don't want spoilers, I won't say why. I figure I can always buy the previous copies. Watsuki....you are my idol...
Alsooo, as a much *bigger* and almost as awesome gift, I received a Wii!! It's really cool, because a friend gave me an extra controller, a tip book, and some games to go with it. Wii -- from family. Extras -- from friends.
A nice lady who I housesit for gave me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, which I think might be from her garden. My friends gave me a bag of cool bits and ends, like a journal, candy, a pen made out like a purple flower, that sort of thing.
Everyone IRL remembered... EVERYone... So poop to you, poop. rofl Just kiddin'! I never told you, so it's my fault. But if you read this, maybe leave a profile/journal comment? A pleasant message? Thanks/I hate yooou. ^__^ You guys rock, whatever happens.
