It was a cold night in october when twilight was just turning to night. Lithius was laying in a moonlit field just a look see distance from his house. The sky began to fill with stars as midnight begun. He done it every night, going out into the field with nothing but a thorned rose. As he peeled of the rose petals and let them flow in the wind he kept thinking of how he could just stay here forever and do nothing but dream. Lithius wasn't like the other boys in his town he was different. He wasn't into football, soccer, or any other kind of sport... no he didn't like any of those things. He liked all the fantasy sides of life, the kind that a person could only dream about. Sure he had a mansion to live in and butlers and maids but his parents..... they didn't pay attention to him much at all. They were always busy going from state to state working. Lithius didn't mind it though he started to ignore them faster than they started ignoring him. He hardly ever got mad at anybody and sort of had no feelings what so ever....but his memories still haunt him. It started with his closest friend. She had died before he could tell her his true feelings. ever since then he would come out here to think about the things he was going to do time from time...But he also thought of the afterlife and what it was like to be a lost lightless soul.... but he wasnt gonna lay there all night so he had to sit up. He started peeling the last petal of the rose when he noticed something about the rose. It didn't look like the other roses he had, had before. This one was different. He took the center of the rose petal and held it in his hand. he noticed a faint glow of light inside the rose. Lithius tore the center apart. As soon as he opened it up the faint glow was now a bright shining light. he looked at it for a minute and then decided to touch it. When he did he was shot back unable to move. He closed his eyes for a second and when he opened them back up he was surrounded by a thousand of black rose petals. There were so many. He looked up and saw they were falling from the sky. he then looked around and saw that he was in a different place. ''Where am I'', he said to himself. ''You are in the land of the dead'', said a voice in the distance. Lithius turned around to see who it was. There in the midst of his sight stood well floated a tall dark figure. Lithius pondered and wondered how he was going to get out of this one. this is but the beggining of my book i will make more to be put on here obnly if u like it plz add comps thanx
