sweatdrop Haven't written in a month. crying I know, I missed you guys too. I just got back from my school trip! It was tons of fun...apparantly I'm not a leader, because my group leader said so, but I think differently. *indignant huff* scream Anyway, I did lots of things I'm proud of: climbed the ropes course, went on the morning hike (on which only 2 people in the year showed up) caught a giant dodgeball slingshotted from a giant slingshot and therefore won free pizza, made a bet with the head of the trip that a certain person couldn't do eight correct pull-ups midair after jumping off a pole twenty feet up (I lost: he did thirteen), and watched my fellow students hike in the creek in Juicy Couture. I know, how sad. Then we had a long discussion on feminism and how being a female today is so amazing, how "there has never been a better time to speak your mind," etc., etc. They asked us what things girls can do now that they couldn't back then, and why it was so great to be female now. And you know what one of the girls said? "We can, like, go shopping at malls." Is this what our race has come to? I certainly hope not. (For the record, I said, "Generally speaking, we're closer to complete gender equality in this age than we've ever been before." cool

Once again I evaded a makeover from Sara and Sammy, our resident girly-girls. (Arina, they ALMOST GOT ME!!! And they wanted to CUT MY HAIR!!!) Oh, and lots of juicy gossip: Someone who I will only identify as "K.V." took a picture of "R.H." in the shower and showed it to all the guys. She was sent home and suspended for three days. twisted Also, it's now official: Sara likes Tyler. Aww, my wittle Sara-Beara's growing up! (She wore tank tops for just about the whole trip, it was a stare-fest for the guys). She wants to call me Barbie. I flatly refused, and dubbed her "Narbie," since she has Barbie's body but not her lack of intelligence.

Now for you wierdos who don't live in my immediate vicinity (i.e. everyone except Reeny, Willy-Billy, and Jen, none of which even ever read this journal) must be totally rolling around on the floor drooling. (Hopefully with boredom and not laughter, that would be kinda creepy sweatdrop ). So I'll talk about something else. Hmm...let's see...ooh! How about the huge violent bloody awful horrible massacre! Well, I don't know anyone who hasn't heard of it, but for you ignorants, a guy shot 32 people and then himself, making it the worst school massacre in U.S. history, worse than Columbine.

Wow, this is turning out to be a long journal entry. I guess I just love to talk! blaugh I've got so much more to say, but I guess I'll just have to post it in another journal entry! mrgreen Y'know, I don't want to bore you guys too much, just enough to send you spiraling into a world of complete monotony. xd : Aww, just kidding! You know I love you guys for reading my journal! stare You really DO have no lives. blaugh

Side Note (I've got two today): Yey-zles! I'm going to a costume party!!! Guess who I'm gonna be! C'mon, guess! Okay, here's a hint: Sara called me Barbie for a reason. (No, I'm NOT Barbie. How could you even BEGIN to compare me to her!?! crying ) Give up? I'm Elle Woods, from Legally Blonde! *starts humming "Perfect Day" to herself*

Okely-dokelies, number two: Paula Dean has released a cookbook entitled, "It Ain't Just About the Cooking." Well, Ain't that just charmin'? Don't get me wrong, angry mob of Paula fans and accent-bearing Texans - I ain't got nuthin' against Paula. I just kinda sorta think she needs to be introduced to my two friends, "Margarine," and "Low-Fat Cream Cheese."
