((Blah...sorry for the absence there, everybody. It's been a busy week)) Previous Debrah grinned. "Omen or no, this proves that there's something unnatural going on at the ruins," she said. "And it's just sitting there waiting for us." She was excited now, enticed by the promise of a new mystery, a new fight. She wanted to waste no more time in the necessary boredom of traveling, not now, when the magical gravity between the two points will only intensify as they got closer. "Onward!" she cried, grinning as she pointed toward the ruins in an overly dramatic fashion. "Let's waste no more time! I only grow more hungry in the night!"

[[You don't necessarily have to. It's up to you what your lich does as long as it's not like stabbydeathexplodymurder.]]  Veslore slithered away from the group. He had become bored with their endeavors. He started to sneak behind trees, under bushes and in burrows making sure no one would see him just in case he saw an easy target.

He could he something, as though it was far away; like when one falls asleep and forgets a tea-kettle that was left to boil, the whistle sounding at first like something soothing until it was nothing more then a contorted scream. Though what he was hearing was a scream, several, many of the undead here had stopped their moaning and groaning and began to scream almost as if in pain.
Wondering on the off chance that he might be using white magic, he soon dismissed because he of all people would instantly know.

Eldrich looked blankly at Valin, hearing the tone of his voice, "Can you be that naive? She was not being entirely literal." Eldrich said looking onward, he could see, but not much. His darkvision was not nearly as good as Debrah's, he could only see about 20ft ahead. He created a light once more so he could see. He sighed, they had been traveling for hours and still there was likely a long way to go. And with the elf, this trip will only be made longer.

"Yes, but I'm going to make a guess that those demons where not human size or shape, and never even adventured with elves." Eldrich said, not believing that he could really think this, actually having seen Debrah. "And I'm sure that they would never travel with one of my lineage." He added quietly, more to himself than to anyone else.

Then she chuckled and turned back around toward the path ahead. "Hurry, boys!" she called. "It's not far now! Onward, onward!" ((I know you said it was a couple days' journey, down-up-side, but since almost everybody is in the forest now there's no reason to drag it out anymore))
