2/10/10: I know my story says updates Mondays and Wednesdays so sue me! Anyways, couple of more things to note. I thought of more ways to earn reward points, Jobs! Yes, just like real life you'd get a salary of points per week if you fulfill the job requirements out. The jobs are listed below:
Recruiter - With the guild being so new and a lot of Pokémon fans out there not knowing about this, one of our jobs is being a recruiter. Basically, you advertise the guild around, and have a basic knowledge of all the rules in case of anyone asks you questions. Pays 250 pts. a person who signs up.
Gym Leader - First off, meeting the standards is a big enough of a hassle as it is so this pays really well. Responsibilities are to stay active, manage your own thread to make it look professional (Pictures, bio, lists rewards and people who've challenged, beaten, and are banned from the gym.) Pays 100 pts a challenge, 50 pts if won, and 250 a week! The high salary is to ensure that our leaders keep their skills sharp.
Graphics Design - We have a very basic trainer card, trainer sprites, badges and banner. Anyone who's skilled in Graphics design can create professional pictures to use on the guild and get paid for it. Pay determines what you make. Please note, any artwork will be judged by me first, so I may or may not use your material. Yes, you will get credited for your work on our staff's page (Whenever that is created.).
And there you have it, more ways to get the points you love to get the things you need. When we get more active I'll be adding more jobs like moderator, tournament coordinator, and eventually gym takeovers.
3nodding Edit: The first trainer card has been made! Take a look at the preview:

Name - The name you wish to use for your trainer card.
Pokédex - The number of Pokémon you've seen in your game.
Rank - The number you currently are on the leaderboard.
Record - Any ranked battle data will be kept here.
Quote - A short sentence you'd like to use for your trainer. Keep it appropriate.
Reward Points - Your available reward points.
The badge bar on the bottom indicates any type of Pokémon Battle Dimension badges you've gotten. The space on the left is for the Trainer picture you wish to add.
Every update made to your status will be sent to your PM free of charge, but the initial cost of the card is 400 points. Any modifications made to the card that do not reflect my records will cost in a temporary ban.
