There may be various dragons throughout the realm that carry the halo - However there are only two original Halo dragons, others are simply descendants and lack the powers given to the originals. They were made by a man known as Gine ku..

Gine Ku was a great and powerful wizard. He wanted everything: power, love, and life. The one thing he feared more than anything in the world was death. He spent over half of his life looking for the power of everlasting life in hopes of beating his undying fear of death. After a long search he found what he was looking for; it was inside of a mythical stone. It was known by many names, but its most common name was the Stone of Life. Gine Ku tried to make this stone. He tried for 40 long years, failing each time...
His one true love wasn?t even human, but was a Water Dragon with soft yellow scales and a white glimmering fin. She came by the name of Kanaka. Over the years she had drifted from him, as he became obsessed with his quest to make the stone and soon she even left as his heart became cold. Three years after she left he received note that she had died, and with the note was a jar of her ashes. There in the middle of his lab where he had tried over and over again to make his stone he grew with rage. Over the fireplace was his last attempt to make the stone. He didn't care any more. He threw the jar across the room and it shattered over the pot where he was mixing...
The next day Gine Ku returned to his work to clean up the mess and put everything away. It may have been too late for his love, but it wasn't too late for him, or so he thought. After cleaning and putting away every drop of his work, he walked over to the pot where he was mixing the last attempt at the stone, the same place where he threw the ashes yesterday. He looked in the pot and saw all the liquid was gone and a white dust covered the bottom of the pot. This was not too shocking. It ended up like this every time he tried to make a stone. However, this time something was different. In the bottom of the mixing pot under all the ash there was as not one, but two stones. The two stones were lightly fused together. Each stone was no bigger than the size of your hand. When he reached down to pick them up, he was shocked to feel that they were warm. As he held the stones up to the light they shone with a golden aura and white color. Like magic, Gine Ku's old age melted away as he held the two fused stones. Gine Ku was overwhelmed with love, hate and joy. He created the one thing he wanted, but he no longer wanted it. He placed the two stones in a pouch at his side, so no one would steal them, even though he lived alone. To make sure no one would ever use the stone for good or even evil he would leave in a week; he would go to the seaside when the weather was easy for travel. There he would throw the stones into the sea where no one could get the fused stone- but something changed.
After a week passed, he awoke with an odd sound. He had fallen asleep in his chair, working on an old spell book. Looking down at his side, he saw his pouch- and it was moving. As Gine Ku opened the pouch on the desk where he sat, the two stones rolled out of the pouch, no longer fused. The Stones twitched around as if they where alive and soon he saw there were cracks on the stones. A moment later he realized that these were no stones- they were eggs. He knew this because they where hatching. When the eggs hatched, he was shocked. Sure the eggs where very small, but inside of the eggs were two little water dragons, like his love. The little water dragons were pure white like the stones themselves. Once the little dragons were free from the eggs, the eggshells themselves disappeared as if they were never there to start with. At the same time two rings of light formed around each of the pure white water Dragon's heads, then turned into what looked to be hard and pure gold rings floating in midair. Gine Ku didn?t harm the Dragons, nor- oddly- did he question it. He even quit magic, he thought it was a gift form the Heavens giving him back his love. He took care of the water dragons clear up to his dieing day. He died at the age of 230. As for the small dragons, they remained almost ageless. As you've seen, the Stone of Life wasn't really a stone at all. It was life itself, a life that can't be born into this world like any other, nor created.
(Note: These two dragons are Toku & Kani - It is unclear how Origin Came to be.)
(Also Note: Most 'impure/unoriginal' halo dragons are related to Kani - Not Toku.)

Because of this pure Halo Dragons cannot die, if their whole body is turned to ash, they will come back because of one main reason, their halo is indestructible for their halo 'is' the Stone of Life... And with a life of its own a Halo Dragon's halo tends to act on its own once in a awhile...

There is Heavy debate on weather or not Kani is or is not related to Toku, as they are joined within creation but does that make them blood related?...

Biography:

Toku has been around for quiet some time although his exact age is unknown, It is known in his early years he was very much in love with Kani they traveled together after their father Gine ku died throughout the realm, quickly coming to find it to be a cold and bitter place compared to the loving home they where raised... However rather then giving into despair they both worked together to try to better the world by traveling to places that suffered great Tragedies. Along their travels they Came to meet Star after visiting a village that had been pillaged by a group of dragon slaver, Star was heavily damaged at the time from fighting off the intruders of the village, together toku and kani where able to heal star and even remove a great deal of the intruders, It apeered toku and Kani discovered they where not the only ones in this world who seemed to remain ageless, with their travels and common interest they grouped together continuing their aid to the world....

However it would not come to last forever, as their bonds and powers grew it would have soon came to pass that Toku and Kani bore children together, and with a interesting of timing as they where traveling by sea on a ship known as "The Unnamed Voyager" Driven by a man known as Captain Joyous Gurtan and his young son Sam. Two bright white water dragon hachlings where born, at the time it was a time of great joy, but time would soon prove against them - Finding it easier for travel the group of now five stayed on board, however even being a ship without a name couldn't keep it safe from all effects of the world, while docked at a small island a a horrable Tragedy came to unfold as a group of bandits tried to take over the ship, atemping to kill everyone on board awhile the captain along with toku, kani and star where within the marketplace of the island, apond returning though the blood was unfolded, having just about taken out most of the crew and it's occupants, it was not intill they where to discover that not only the captains wife to be slayed among the bodies, but also the young hatchlings, the captain's son Sam however was barely lucky enough to escape death. This threw both Toku and Kani into a horrible rage, killing every bandit in a quick but gruesome smear.. in the end though this would break Kani and toku apart.. because as the blood was cleaned away both deep within morning toku was shocked and disturbed by the power that he unleashed on the one that took his children life's, however Kani remained in rage, Unable to forgive the world of it's crimes.... as Toku and Kani where left immortal because of their halos, however their children where perfectly mortal, and the moment their lifes where taken they where gone form the world...

From this Kani left the group - off to make herself stronger, to better protect the world. However for toku he was trapped within his own passion he started to suppress his powers, aiming to help the world better it's self.. but by natural cause... Toku remained on the ship with star for some time be for they finally came to leave once the ship was docked at the main land, their they started to travel again, but it was never quiet the same, soon they found their selfs back into the area where they originally met together, but quick to find the village had degraded deeply over the many years they where away, this struck toku with an idea of building a place dragons could go to for aid, a safe haven so to speak... and so they came to stay within the remains of the village and started to rebuild it, soon though it would shape and become what is known today as the "High Star Dragon Palace" - Toku stayed here, but with time star started traveling again - however she always returned, Bringing the findings of her travels with her...

These Days Toku is generally a sweet and mellow dragon, his appearance looks like that of a younger adult dragon at first glance,but looking closer his larger Fin and body size and overall stance is easy to spot that he is in fact a elder dragon. Rarely he might try to sway a young female, although most know of him and are quick to turn him down. He spends his time being a general leader and aiding others, always making sure he is in with the local knowledge. He attempts most of the time to stick to 'street smarts' then trying to hit the book, keeping his faith within the world itself.

Origin

Biography:

Origin is mysterious dragon with an obscure past. It is unclear how he came to be in the world but he has played a
major role in its current shape today. Origin is a genderless dragon, but is often referred too as a he.

Some time ago, Origin killed the original Goddess of War. This act cursed him to live in the shadows of existence, for taking a life
with his holy halo is the greatest sin a dragon of his kind can perform. He would then become the realms silent watcher and
act as its guardian.

Origin would then return from the realm of the shadows to save Diana’s soul from the void. It was a difficult task and he was
only able to reconstruct a small portion of it. Enough had been collected to prolong her existence.

He would then attempt to kill the new Goddess of War, Zargata, but failed. It is unclear now what his goal is, but he will continue
to protect the balance of the world.

Irihi

Age: Unknown

Race: Fire Dragon

Abilities: Power Of the Mountain - Spiritually bonded to the mountain, ganging a great amount of power, but in return the spirit is forever bond to the earth as long as the great mountain stands

Family: Amaya & Ozomo
Although not being related by blood to these dragons they are held together under the same pact that binds them to their mountains... There was as to be once a fourth dragon to the trio but it is also said that mountain sunk into the sea...

Current Location: Irihi Mountain

Biography:

Little is actually known about Ihiri as he speaks very little to anyone, even other dragons of is race. He seems for the most part Very Mellow and Kind Despite His Huge size, Being the largest known fire dragon in the realm he easily can easily intimidate even dark dragons with his size. with his size and age he can easily trot around the barren frozen lands that even common dragons freeze to death in. It is known that Irihi called himself father to a group of Snowy Patterned White Fire dragons, one of the few known group of fire dragons able to live within the cold without perishing, mainly due to their diet of soft minerals vs the more common crystal munching fire races... However Iit has been humored that these are not related at all to Irihi, in fact some rumors say Irihi may have actually created these because he could not take the torment of being alone in the icy wasteland known as his mountain...


Like all other guardian Fire dragons that are bounded to their mountains they bare rustic colored red skin and flames, with a coal black underbelly with blood red stripes, but most importantly they bare old fire dragon rune-like markings, it is said these markings show not only tales of the past but prophecies the future.

Captain Bo

Age: 73 (Middle Aged Dragon)

Race: Dark Dragon

Abilities: Epic Ship Knowledge, And is rather good at combat (both face to face and ship)

Family: None

Current Location: The Unnamed Voyager {Ship}

Biography:

In his early youth Bo was originally a scrawny cute little gray dragon hatching; his clan originally a traveling clan that moved from island to island to hunt fish. But a Bad storm that pined his clan to a small island quickly even left it open to attack by dragon slavers... Most of his kin wiped out or sold, he spent a great deal of his childhood working in rice fields as a slave in till one day a group of freedom fighters lead by a human man known famously as "Captain Sam Gurtan" broke many dragons, including himself free, returning to the topics. But sadly having no where to go Bo joined up with Sam. But it would have been the best choice he had ever made in his life. With time Bo became strong from working on The Unnamed Voyager and with time his skin darkened from it's light gray to jet black. - In most ways Bo considers Sam to be not only be his captain and best friend - but a father; even after his death.

Bo at first glance may apeer to be rather strict, and perhaps even angry; abit more then typical for most dark dragons. however When he is not working Bo is generally a nice dragon with a light since of humor and great honorifics.

Emperor Samanosuke

Age: 112 (Older Middle Aged dragon)

Race: Dark Dragon

Abilities: It is Unknown if the Emperor has any abilities outside of the fact he has good leadership skills.

Family: His mate Empress Kimiko is desisted but he has three lovely daughters. Princess Michiko, Princess Yasmin, Princess Ume

Current Location: City Of Azia

Biography:

Despite what most people may think Emperor Samanosuke is not of royal blood - a noble yes. But he technically has no bloodline rule over the throne at the City of Azia. However with the passing of his mate Empress Kimiko the true bloodline to the throne only lies with his children - but since not only are they all female, they are still too young in their culture to take the throne, with the city already having a general like-fullness twords Samanosuke he was allowed to take the rule as the main leader of the city.

Samanosuke is a Kind Male dark dragon who welcomes everyone - even humanoids to his city, he is generally open minded, and enjoys the art of flower arrangement and gardening. However no epic beauty of a flower could replace the love he has for his resting mate and three daughters.

Princess Michiko

Age: 19 (Adolescent Dragon)

Race: Dark Dragon

Abilities: It is Unknown if the Princess has any abilities outside of the fact she has interestingly good timing about things.

Biography:

Roughly 13 in humanoid years old when her mother passed away she oddly mourned the hardest out of her sisters - at first anyways; as she was the hardest hit by her death she was also the first one to seemingly recover - she works hard to become a great leader like her mother was; and typically being rather cocky about it. - She shares her fathers love for Gardening.

Princess Ume

Age: 13 (Hatchling / Young Adolescent Dragon)

Race: Dark Dragon

Abilities: It is Unknown if the Princess has any abilities outside of the fact she is good at painting.

Biography:
Roughly 7 in humanoid years old when her mother passed away she was too young to really to mourn - but to this day she has abit of trouble remembering her mother... being last born she most likely will not have any royal duties just like that of a noble female; however she still studies form time to time. Surprisingly enough she is picked on alot because of this, and not just by her sisters - But in all she apeers to be the most favored daughter among her sisters.... - Ume does not share the love to flowers and plants like the rest of her family, she seems typically distracted by the outside world as well.
