Painting in the rain

It was like a painting...
I sit in the back room with mah hood ova my head, from the rain that surrounded me.
The ipod got my head banging and the music solves the edge in my soul.
The room is full of people crowding around having conversation.
Someone just bumpped into my leg, my head jerks up with an angry face, soon soften by the eyes of a princess.
I take the ipod out of my ears, waiting to hear her voice.
I smile...
She smiles...
We spoke to eachother as days went on, but it seemed so timeless.
Her heart was my motivation.
She seemed so interested in me, as I was to her.
I never have met anyone that had so much in common with me.
But yet one difference, one mistake shreded the true meaning...
Who would have thought that all this would fade away like a fresh painting in the rain...
