As the group headed towards the fort, soldiers from Xerxes caught up to them. Yori and Ryan were able to scare them off. The group was met by the fort guards. After securing the gate, the guards took the group to the general stationed in the fort.
"Welcome to Fort Tyne. I am General Nahuel. You are enemies. We will have to detain you in our prison."
"General, please reconsider your decision."
"Yori? What are you doing here? And with these people?"
"My group was caught up in a battle and we got separated. I ran into a few old friends and we needed a place to stay."
"That's great; however, the girl must be locked up. She is special and we cannot risk losing such precious cargo."
"What?"
"She is the daughter of a very important family. She is also a trainer. We have orders from above you to keep the girl in a safe house."
"Who would give such orders?"
"The king gave the orders. He found out that the girl was sent on a dead mission. So he ordered that all who find her should take her in and keep her by what ever means. Knowing her like I do, I expect that she will run. Therefore I have no choice but to lock her up."
"So Nahuel, you actually remember me. That's a first. I don't know if I should feel honored or sick."
"Well Yuki, as up front as ever. Hope you are doing well. But you were sent out with a team of ten, there are only six with you. Where are the others?"
"Why you need something? Maybe the person you really are after just isn't here. You should ask someone else."
"Yori, I expect you to take her to block three. That should be the safest."
