The Amazing Akari Yuuto Shrine
Akari _______ XAkari Yuuto is an amazing, wonderful, forgiving, Heaven-sent roleplaying partner with the heart of an angel and really good fashion sense. This is my shrine to her.
How I Know Akari _______ X
How do I know her, you ask? What brought me to her attention? Why was I special enough to warrant her personal attention? The details are fuzzy, but I shall do my best to explain.
Akari and I both roleplay. At some point in September of last year, we were both in the mood for some 1x1 action, in the completely platonic, non-perverted sense of the expression. Either she found my thread or I found hers. I can't remember, but I'm pretty sure there were PMs involved at some point, and the plot was hers.
Somehow or another, I wound up as Prince William, with her playing Princess Rosabel, and things went on from there.
Why Akari is Awesome _______ X
Our little roleplaying thread took off, with more than 100 posts, including a wedding, some treasonous plotting, a near-fight between William and his father, and a lot of wacky castle servants popping up. Everything was going great, never mind the three-month break I had to take so I could move.
Then came the dreaded day- Friday Jan 25, 2008, 7:55 pm. Akari made a post. I sat down to answer it, and found to my horror that I couldn't think of a single thing to type. Not one line.
I could post fine in my other roleplays, 1x1 and group both. I even started a new roleplay. But, much as I love playing Prince William, he's gone and hidden himself in the Chaos Lands, and I can't coax him out. Embarrassed and convinced that, in just another day, I could come up with something, I ceased PMing poor Akari. She knew I was alive, but it was as if I'd simply quit on her and not bothered to say as much.
After nearly a week, Akari finally decided a polite reminder was in order.
After much bowing, scraping, begging, and wailing on my part, Akari agreed to continue playing Princess Rosabel for me. I'm still stuck, but at least I have the chance to keep going.

Akari Yuuto is awesome, and deserves a far cooler shrine than this one. I worship the digital ground her avatar stands upon.
