Welcome to another round of applications for UTOPIAN members! Please make sure you have read the GUIDE for Future UTOPIANs as well as everything on this page before you apply.
Anyone can apply, regardless of your gold, status, etc. Even if you are not a regular of the charity you can still apply but chatting and posting makes you stand out and have a greater chance of being chosen.
* Every LAST week (approximately) of the month UTOPIA's doors will be open for up to 30 60 new UTOPIANs (We can range from having 1 new member or the whole 60 new members). This period may change depending on our staff's schedules and free time though. So how does UTOPIA choose? First check if you qualify based on our requirements, and then make sure you’re one of the first 30 people to apply.
* REMEMBER, check the top of this entry to find the time period during which you can apply. (Around the end of each month) If you apply in June, you are applying to be a JULY member, NOT a June member.
* A NEW JOURNAL entry will be made for each month, so DONT POST an application for an older month (Ex. July on a June Recruitment entry).

STEP 2:
On the first Sunday of the NEXT MONTH, Please check this journal again and view if your name is listed as qualified member.
If it is, congratulations! Wait for your Monthly Collectible Gift and Guild Invite.(PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GUILD INVITES OPTION IS OPEN). Now move on to step 3.
If your name is not listed sorry, but you have to wait for the next journal entry to re-apply for next month.
Please don't be offended if you aren't picked the first time; we might just want to get to know you better before we accept your application, or maybe you made a mistake on your application ^^;
STEP 3:
Be sure to check out the Utopian Guild if you haven't already to pick up your ID Tag. The ID Tag thread to go to is under the subforum UTOPIAN RESOURCES.

MISCELLANEOUS:
ACCEPTED BUT NO PM FROM US?
If you haven't heard from us by the 2nd weekend of your month of application (this case its October) and your name is listed as accepted applicants, please PM the mule UTOPlAN.
UTOPIA's Monthly QUOTA:
Please remember UTOPIA have a monthly quota in applications, if we have 37 qualified applicants, the last 7 will have to re-apply. Posting your application early does make a difference.
WHEN/HOW CAN I RE-APPLY IF I WASN'T ACCEPTED?
A new entry for the following month's application will be posted again. So if 1st week of June you didn't become a UTOPIAN, wait for the entry on the 3rd weekend of June to apply for July. Don't post application earlier than 21st of that month.
UPDATES and CHANGES:
More information would be added, certain changes may apply for each month so be sure to re-read the GUIDE for Future UTOPIANS and new journal entry in case we have some changes.

Why should you become a UTOPIAN (tell us your special qualities and/or skills): Currently I am helping with the halloween event!!!! I just love to meet new people and think that this is a great new opportunity to do so as well.
Great GAIAN Achievement/s (own a charity, finished a quest, won a contest, helped a friend, etc): I have a charity. Mom's charity. October is marking the second year mark! Yay us! I say us because it's not just just my charity I have a great group of people that help me out as well and it would be a charity with out it's members as well.
Current Quest: I am currently questing 3 Chyaku Norisu Scarf's for my 3 staffers. I've already gotten 1!
