An ice, cold breeze chilled my body to the core as I laid paralyzed on the frozen ground of some deserted tundra, cradling the little life I had left. While gasping for air, I tried to call for help, but no sound left my lips. Would anyone hear me out here? I must get up! I must find shelter and warmth or . . . no, I will not die here! With my last bit of strength, I forced my body to stand but my legs collapsed, causing me to fall to my hands and knees. Tears dropped from my eyes, not in fear of death but . . . failure? I felt there was something I had to do . . . but I do not remember what . . . I felt there was someone depending on me to be there . . . but I do not remember who . . . I do not even know who I am or where I am from or my destiny . . . so how could I . . . Off in the distance I heard voices, barely audible over the blowing winds. Softly they cried, "Fallon . . . fallon . . . Arcangel." Fallon Arcangel? Who is this person the voices speak of? The voices grew louder, changing from soft and angelic cries to agonizing screams. I covered my ears in pain as they continued to repeat "Fallon Arcangel, Fallon Arcangel, Fallon Arcangel" until I could not take it anymore. "Leave me alone!" I cried. The voices stopped. Fallon Arcangel . . . "Am I Fallon Arcangel?" I asked aloud. Suddenly, I felt a tight grasp on my heart, growing stronger with each breath I drew. The voices cried out in grief as if mourning the loss of a loved one . . . Slowly my eyelids shut and . . . my body drifted . . . into darkness. . .

I awoke, startled but relieved that it was just a dream.
"Fallon Arcangel? So that is my name?" I thought aloud to myself just when. . .


"So you finally figured it out?"
