Ah well Aki it could be that your body is seriously exhausted as a reason for your body aches and head aches refusal to subside. You probably need to get some sleep, that is all I can guess from the way your vicadin backfired. Pain medicines will backfire in minutes after you take them if your body is exhausted. Just lay down for a few hours, take an hour or two extra to sleep on weekends, or something it doesn't sound that healthy, the way you are right now.
