Alright... seeing that its my first journal entry... i thought i'd start out with one of my first poems since i started writing... I dont know what inspired me to write this or what not... but anyways... here it is:
Black
Beyond stars,
under hills,
It's where it is.
It's where I am.
Underneath the very place
I long to be.
I'm there but I'm not.
I always am.
Do you hear anything?
Exactly.
There is nothing to
listen to.
Do you feel?
No.
You can't when your
heart has gone cold.
This place is empty
and feeds on my emptiness.
Deeper I go
until it engulfs me completely.
