Night After Night
Night after night I look at the black sky. I pick a star and wish that you were here. NIght after night i sit and listen to the overwhelming silence that has captivated my skull. I look around and i can tell you have left me. You were never there.
Night after night I see you in my dreams. I wake up night after night to a tearstained face. The look in your eyes haunts me. My dreams aren't dreams but nightmares.
Night after night I call you name but never get a reply. You told me you would always be there. Another day another lie.
