I Lost You (Reprise: You Lost Me)

Yes it is just a different Version of my first poem.
When we were together
I wondered if it was true
When we were apart
I couldn't get over you
You were the twinkle in the brightest star
But even then, you were brighter than that star
Although we can never be
You were the heart that beats in me
The one you broke, and mend
Over and over and over again
You'll give me a thousand chances
But I won't give you any more
You lost me
And I will never return.
