What would have happened had Shinobu's parents not let her stay at Hinata?

" No." Her parents said in unison.
" We can't let you stay here!" Shinobu's mother yelled to her.
" Shinobu this is no place for a girl your age!" Her father came to the top of the stairs.
" But... I want to stay." Shinobu's eyes lost their shimmer, she looked down at her parents with tears in her eyes.
" Shinobu, stop this nonsense and get down from there." Her mother called.
"... But..." Shinobu tried to protest, but her legs lead her down the side of the roof to her mother.
" Shinobu. Come on, let's get home." Her father said, putting a heavy hand on her shoulder and leading her down the stairs to the car waiting outside.
" And you." Her mother said, looking at all the residents of Hinata, " You should all be ashamed of yourself. I could have you charged for kidnapping! Or harboring a run away!" She continued, pointing an accusing finger at Keitaro, " You. Tread carefull you little pervert. Or I will press charges." Then walked out.
