"As for shift schedules, you and Valin are both elves, you could each just take 4 hour shifts, that would last the whole night, and you'd still get all the meditation you both need. Quite simple logic really." Eldrich said, "But if you must, I can work with less sleep than most people, so I could take a shift if necessary."

"Wow you're very young and impulsive" said Anur

"How do you not meditate? That is the elven equivalent of sleep is it not? You are essentially claiming that you do not sleep." Eldrich said, directing this at Valin. "Though I must agree with Anur, you look fairly young, I don't believe I've seen an elf your age away from his parents before." Eldrich said, looking Valin over. Though he didn't actually know how old Valin was, he just looked very young for an elf.

"I sleep like a normal human, I learned how to. My clouded head prevents meditation. Im 27 years old, how old are you Anur" asked Valin
"Im around 102 years old" said Anur

(I thought Anur was older) "Really, Valin. An elf that doesn't meditate? That is a strange site indeed. I did not even believe that it was physically possible for an elf to actually sleep. Not only that, but the youngest elf I've seen out adventuring was still in his hundreds." Eldrich said, wondering the strangeness of such a young elf out on his own. He shook his head, "Anyway, let us set out now to get as far as we can before it gets too dark to see." Said Eldrich continuing his stride further into the forest.

(oops, Anur is 120) "My entire village could sleep like a human. Most elves choose meditation though, there aren't that many who sleep. My village was so few we had to make, what are children by elven standards, warriors that are strong" said Valin

((Um...Elves don't sleep. It's physically impossible...that's why sleep spells and stuff don't work on them.)) Previous Debrah frowned, arms folded. "I can see in the dark, Eldrich," she said. "And neither of us need to sleep. The Elves will only slow us down."

(In Dungeons and Dragons maybe, but in everything else they always sleep. Im just combining them)
"What do you mean slow you down, maybe Valin but I won't need to meditate for a while" said Anur

Previous "Did I stutter, Elf?" Debrah said. "I know precisely where I'm going, and Eldrich and I can both fly. You two are just dead weight." Debrah glared at Valin now, her eyes flashing. "And don't think I've forgiven you for trying to kill me. I do not forget a wrong, Elf."

"Debrah, please, still your tongue. While it is true that we are both tireless and can fly, no sense trying to hide that anymore. I see no reason to refuse for them to come along, a few extras could be helpful in battling the unknown." Eldrich sighed. He then turned to the elves. "However, she also has a point, we could finish this mission much faster alone, it would be unhealthy to go that long without meditating. The faster we get this done, the less likely the vampires are to attack while we're away, I've said that before." Eldrich sighed again. He was torn, bring the elves along, or leave them alone?

Eldrich sighed, the elf that willingly took on the more tedious task of sleeping instead of meditating wanted to come with. "Fine, come with if you wish, but try not to slow us down." Eldrich's voice sounded much more serious, he constantly was thinking more and more that they where wasting time that could be used to find this item and stop the vampires! But he grit his teeth and stilled his tongue.
